After intermission he plays Schubert's last piano sonata, the B-flat major, D. 960. Professor Suzannah Clark gives the pre-concert talk.

Dutch cellist Pieter Wispelwey, praised by The New York Times for his “unusually complete grasp of the music,” plays with pianist Pei-Shan Lee. Professor Anne Shreffler gives a pre-concert talk.
