Skylark sings Tomás Luis de Victoria's Officium defunctorum, the six-voice Requiem he published in 1605 after writing it for the funeral of the Dowager Empress Maria of Austria, whom Victoria served as chaplain at the Descalzas Reales convent in Madrid. The Grammy-nominated ensemble, directed by Matthew Guard, gives it at Chestnut Hill and Newburyport before taking it to the Hispanic Society in New York.

A candlelit Christmas programme built around the hymn Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming, the German carol best known in Michael Praetorius's 1609 harmonisation. Skylark, the Grammy-nominated vocal ensemble directed by Matthew Guard, sets it among medieval carols, Renaissance motets and modern reflections, on a tour that runs from New York and Washington to Sandwich, Wellesley and Newburyport.

Britten's Five Flower Songs, written in 1950 for the silver wedding anniversary of Leonard and Dorothy Elmhirst, the founders of Dartington Hall, anchor a Skylark programme of music about gardens, birdsong and the living world. The Grammy-nominated vocal ensemble, directed by Matthew Guard, takes it from Falmouth to Chestnut Hill, Newburyport and the Mahaiwe in Great Barrington.

Brown with the Requiem of the Canadian choral composer Eleanor Daley, in a programme of contemporary choral writing that the ensemble describes as exploring "shadow, tenderness, and quiet strength." The Grammy-nominated vocal ensemble, directed by Matthew Guard, gives it in Exeter, Newburyport, Falmouth and Chestnut Hill across four April nights.
