The Colors We Inherit
Fauré taught both Ravel and Enescu, and this recital sets his A major Sonata, Op. 13 beside Ravel's posthumously published first sonata and Enescu's Third, written in Romanian folk style. Eleanor Alberga's The Wild Blue Yonder completes it. Nathan Meltzer and Mika Sasaki play.
