Artists Lan Tuazon and crystal bi, both part of the Boston Public Art Triennial, discuss community building, public intervention in social spaces and the state of public contemporary art, moderated by Arts on the Point director Sam Toabe and associate professor John Tyson. The panel marks the close of bi's gallery show thousands of horizons, endlessly returning, built around their Dorchester Bay sculpture perfect memory; a closing reception follows.
