Family Concert: Stories Passed Forward
An afternoon of music by living American composers, pitched at families and first-time concertgoers. The programme carries several Boston premieres, the winner of the orchestra's Young Artist Competition, Call for Scores winner Aaron Levin, and the Indiana Concerto by Louis W. Ballard and Brent Michael Davids, both Native American composers. It forms part of the Philharmonic's fiftieth-anniversary season.
