Living Water: A Lo-TEK Experience
A lecture and conversation grounded in Lo-TEK Water: A Field Guide for TEKnology, the designer Julia Watson's book on Indigenous water technologies and what they offer climate resilience; the programme asks the audience to see oceans “not as resources, but as living relatives.” Watson, author of Lo—TEK: Design by Radical Indigenism, appears with Melissa Hunter Gurney. It is part of the museum's thematic focus on oceans.
