Jotaro Nakano conducts the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, whose players are drawn largely from Boston's medical community, in Rossini's overture to The Barber of Seville, Gustavo Larrea's Fayuca and Gershwin's Concerto in F, with the pianist Albert Cano Smit as soloist. Like each Longwood concert, the evening raises money for a partner organisation, this time Tunefoolery Music. The orchestra lists the programme as subject to change.
