Jotaro Nakano conducts the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, whose players are drawn largely from Boston's medical community, in Rossini's overture to The Barber of Seville, Gustavo Larrea's Fayuca and Gershwin's Concerto in F, with the pianist Albert Cano Smit as soloist. Like each Longwood concert, the evening raises money for a partner organisation, this time Tunefoolery Music. The orchestra lists the programme as subject to change.

Jotaro Nakano conducts the Introduction from Massenet’s Cendrillon, Berlioz’s song cycle Les Nuits d’été with soprano Corrine Byrne, Margaret Brouwer’s Path at Sunrise, Masses of Flowers and Ravel’s Daphnis et Chloé Suite No. 2. Byrne, a Grammy-nominated singer with Lorelei Ensemble who teaches at Harvard and Longy, sings early music as well as new. The concert benefits Children’s Dyslexia Centers.

Jotaro Nakano conducts Missy Mazzoli’s These Worlds in Us, the Adagietto from Mahler’s Fifth Symphony and Brahms’s Symphony No. 3 in F major. Longwood is the orchestra of Boston’s medical community, and each concert benefits a partner; this one supports Care Dimensions, the state’s largest hospice provider, which also runs palliative care, home primary care and a dementia programme.

Jotaro Nakano conducts a benefit for Vinfen, which marks its 50th anniversary in 2027. The German hornist Felix Klieser, born without arms and the 2014 ECHO Klassik Young Artist of the Year, plays Mozart's Horn Concerto No. 4, and Beethoven's Eroica Symphony closes the program. Cambridge Common Voices, an inclusive chorus founded by Harvard College and Lesley University's Threshold Program, sings a song cycle by Veronica Leahy that it co-commissioned.
