Ethan Tapper: The Forest Year
Ethan Tapper, who has worked as Chittenden County's forester in Vermont, discusses The Forest Year, billed as “a forest almanac for our time, rooted in a full year observing a rural woodland and its birds.” His first book, How to Love a Forest, set out what the shop calls “a pragmatic and hopeful vision for our relationship with forests and other ecosystems.”
