Common Time: Celebrating American Composers
Three Winchester Community Music School faculty members (violinist Molly Tucker, violist Simone Cartales and cellist Pamela Ambrose) play modern classical and bluegrass pieces for string trio by American composers, including Mark O'Connor's Appalachia Waltz and Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson's Movement for String Trio. It is the first of four concerts tied to the Griffin's exhibition Common Time: American Musicality, presented with the school.
