The audience sits as the grand jury at Bridget Bishop's 1692 examination, hears testimony drawn from the surviving court records, questions the witnesses and votes. Bishop was the first person hanged in the Salem witch trials. Mark Stevick wrote it; the run moves from the Armory Visitor Center to Old Town Hall in September.

History Alive's annual programme of New England winter customs from the period before Christmas was a public holiday at all, rewritten every year around a different theme. The 2026 edition takes the overlap between abolitionism and Christmas in the nineteenth century. The company works in costume in Salem, in historic rooms rather than a theatre.
