Susan Neiman: Call It Evil
Susan Neiman discusses Call It Evil, in which she argues that evil is “a vital lens through which to understand the threats facing democracy today.” Neiman, a moral philosopher who has directed the Einstein Forum in Potsdam since 2000, has taught at Yale and Tel Aviv University. Sabine von Mering, director of Brandeis University's Center for German and European Studies, joins her in conversation; the Boston Book Festival co-presents.
