Lectures on Tap — Hacking Your Brain: The Science of Habits and Focus
Developmental psychologist Sarah Lynch gives a Psych 101-style tour of executive function, the mental systems behind focus and follow-through, and explains why procrastination and doomscrolling are usually more than a willpower problem. She turns to the neuroscience of habits: how repeated behaviors become automatic, why environmental cues matter and what helps a routine stick. Lynch teaches psychology at Berklee and has taught at Boston University, Colby College and Harvard.
