Believe is the Boston Gay Men's Chorus's full-scale tribute to Cher, moving from heartbreak ballads to defiant anthems through songs about "survival, independence, and living out loud," under a spinning disco ball. The show traces the singer's decades of reinvention and her standing as "a lasting symbol of gay culture." It runs about two hours with an intermission, and every performance is ASL-interpreted.
