Mahsa Khanbabai, a Massachusetts immigration attorney, talks about where immigration law meets free speech and about the work of immigration lawyers trying to protect fundamental rights in an increasingly difficult climate. Khanbabai has practised immigration law for more than twenty years, representing individuals, nonprofits, schools and businesses, and has led the New England chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
