M. T. Anderson, author of Stealing Saint Nick
M. T. Anderson discusses Stealing Saint Nick, his history of Nicholas of Myra, traced from a third-century child of "a fringe Jewish cult" to Father Christmas, by way of the Great Persecution, the fall of Rome and two thefts of his bones. Anderson won the National Book Award for Octavian Nothing: The Pox Party; the book grew from research for Nicked, his adult debut.
