Jodidi Lecture: Ron Haviv, Testimony (1989–2026)

Photojournalist Ron Haviv draws on more than thirty-five years of covering conflict, from the Balkans and the Arab Spring to Ukraine and a polarized United States, in a presentation of images, short films and field stories that asks what witnessing demands of photographer and audience. Haviv co-founded VII Photo Agency, and his Balkan photographs were used as evidence at The Hague tribunal. The talk includes graphic images of violence.
