Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Lecture at Harvard
Paula A. Johnson, a physician-scientist and public health leader who became president of Wellesley College in 2016, gives Harvard's 2026 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Lecture, "Awakening the Dream Deferred," on "the character, courage, and civic purpose of higher education, and its role in sustaining democracy." Drew Gilpin Faust, Harvard's president emerita, then moderates a conversation with her, and a community reception follows.
