Designers, architects, humanitarian workers and historians gather around Infrastructure in a Time of Flux: Methods, Conditions, and Situations, the Graduate School of Design exhibition curated by Rahul Mehrotra and Dan Borelli on how architecture, engineering and planning respond to environmental disruption, political instability, technological change and migration. They take up its three themes and its case study, the Kumbh Mela, which Mehrotra has mapped as an ephemeral megacity.
