Holiday Cheer
Bay Colony Brass plays a holiday programme built on arrangements for brass: a Joy to the World fantasy, Greensleeves and the Catalan carol Fum, Fum, Fum by DiLorenzo, a suite from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker arranged by Allen, and Leroy Anderson’s Sleigh Ride. Established in 2000, the band is a 20-piece ensemble of volunteer brass and percussion players from greater Boston, led by music director Philip Sanborn.
