Nichole Accettola with Jennifer Aaronson: Everyday Scandinavian
Nichole Accettola discusses her second cookbook, Scandinavian Everyday, more than 85 recipes for bowls, salads, soups and desserts drawn from Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Accettola, who cooked in Copenhagen for more than fifteen years, owns San Francisco's Kantine; her first book, Scandinavian from Scratch (2023), won an IACP Award. Jennifer Aaronson, formerly in charge of food and entertaining at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, joins her.
