Korean Voices in Poetic Form
South Korean poet Lee Seong-bok, whose readers include BTS leader RM, presents That Summer’s End, 106 poems translated by Anton Hur, who was twice longlisted for the 2022 International Booker Prize. Shin Hae-uk joins them with Biologicity, her first collection in English, translated by Spencer Lee-Lenfield. Sandra Lim, whose collection The Givens is forthcoming, moderates a conversation about philosophy, form and translating emotion.
