Santiago Cañón-Valencia, cello
The Colombian cellist plays Debussy's D minor Sonata, Ginastera's Op. 49, Pärt's Fratres and Shostakovich's Cello Sonata, with one of his own compositions, Ad Noctem, among them. The Strad called him "technically flawless… totally under the skin of the composers' idioms."
