Central Square Theater · Central Square · Cambridge

Studs Terkel interviewed Americans about their jobs, and this musical sets those interviews to songs by several writers, Stephen Schwartz and Lin-Manuel Miranda among them. Central Square Theater stages it with the Front Porch Arts Collective. The interviews were published in 1974 and the musical first staged in 1978.
