Lifelong Learning Lecture: Building a Design Commons: Design Studies at BC
An account of Boston College's new interdisciplinary Design Studies minor and the Design Commons Collective built around it, both aimed at getting students to work across disciplines on problems that have no settled answer and to test ideas while the uncertainty is still there rather than after it resolves.
