Thinking Palestine Through Paper
Contributors to Palestine on Paper, the Winter 2025 issue of Hand Papermaking guest-edited by MassArt's Nisa Ari, consider Palestinian experience through the lens of paper. Alessandra Amin, Wafa Ghnaim, Thayer Hastings, Clara Reynen, Michelle Samour and Rachel Winter join Boston-area scholars, artists and papermakers. Reynen then leads a paper-kneading workshop tied to her work The Identified Death Toll of Palestinians in Gaza, One Year Later.
