Art + Science: Exhibition Preparation
In the Straus Center for Conservation and Technical Studies' informal monthly conversation, conservation technician Yi Bin Liang demonstrates how objects are prepared for exhibition, including making hinges, frames and small enclosures. The session takes place in the Lightbox Gallery just outside the conservation labs, where visitors can get close to, and handle, a selection of the tools and materials the staff use.
