Applied Math Colloquium: Sheehan Olver (Imperial College)
Sheehan Olver, a mathematician at Imperial College London, speaks at MIT's Applied Math Colloquium. His research is in numerical analysis, particularly spectral methods, orthogonal polynomials and the numerical solution of Riemann–Hilbert problems, and he created ApproxFun, an open-source Julia package for computing with functions.
