The Library of Memories
Childhood friends from the Dominican Republic, Barbara Perez Marquez and Lissy Marlin discuss The Library of Memories, their middle-grade fantasy graphic novel about Copenhagen, a girl who arrives at a library with little memory of who she is, tends it alongside mechanical creatures, and forgets more the longer she stays. Shelf Awareness, in a starred review, said it “gracefully explores grief.” Matthew Noe moderates.
