Mozart and Da Ponte's comedy of one wedding day: Figaro and Susanna outmanoeuvring the philandering Count, the farce laid over a sharp critique of aristocratic privilege. David Angus conducts and Anne Bogart directs, with Michael Sumuel, Madison Leonard and Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha, a highlight of BLO's fiftieth season.
