Hottel Lecture: Building a Sustainable, Circular, and Low-Carbon Chemical Industry
Dionisios Vlachos, a chemical engineering professor at the University of Delaware who directs the Delaware Energy Institute, gives the Hottel Lecture on building a sustainable, circular, low-carbon chemical industry. His research covers waste valorization, plastics recycling and upcycling, biomass conversion and multiscale modeling, and his honors include the EPA Green Chemistry Challenge Award (2024) and the Neal R. Amundson Life Achievement Award (2025).
