MLK Scholar Presentation: Justus Ndukaife on Optical Nanotweezers
Justus Ndukaife, a visiting professor at MIT through its Martin Luther King Jr. Scholars program, presents “Capturing the Invisible, Building the Future,” on the optical nanotweezers his lab uses to trap and characterise particles without labels, from nanoplastics studied under the ARPA-H STOMP program to drug-delivery nanomedicine. He also describes work with MIT teams placing quantum emitters precisely onto nanophotonic devices, and his approach to mentorship.
