Flutist Emi Ferguson and harpist Charles Overton join the orchestra for Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp, and each also appears alone: Ferguson in Harry Burleigh's 1915 song cycle Five Songs of Laurence Hope, Overton in his own Improvisation for Harp and Orchestra. Boccherini's Symphony No. 14 in A major completes the programme, under Steven Lipsitt. Ferguson teaches at Juilliard; Overton is a jazz harpist.
