Lifelong Learning Lecture: Preventing & Managing Diabetes Beyond Clinic Walls: A Blueprint for Shared Innovation
Type 2 diabetes has gone within a few generations from rare to America's seventh leading cause of death, with more than one in ten Americans diagnosed and at least a hundred million more prediabetic. The lecture argues that the one-size-fits-all public health response has not worked and proposes what should replace it.
