To a Land Unknown (2025)
To a Land Unknown (2025), the first fiction feature from Danish-Palestinian director Mahdi Fleifel, follows Reda and Chatila, Palestinian cousins hustling through the underbelly of Athens in hope of reaching Germany, until Chatila’s reckless all-or-nothing plan strains their bond. Mahmoud Bakri, Aram Sabbah and Angeliki Papoulia star. Fleifel, a current Radcliffe-FSC fellow, joins a conversation afterwards, presented by the Film Study Center and the Sensory Ethnography Lab.
