Pulitzer Prize-winning historian Jill Lepore moderates a panel on “the origins, evolution, and future of American constitutionalism and the rule of law,” closing the Institute of Politics’ year-long semiquincentennial series “The Consent of the Governed.” With her are law professors Jamal Greene of Columbia and Aziz Z. Huq of the University of Chicago, and Kevin C. Newsom, a judge on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
