Poems & Pints is a Boston Book Festival tradition, sponsored by Mass Poetry, in which poets read from their new collections while the audience is offered free pints, pretzels and comfortable furniture, in the Room & Board showroom on Newbury Street. Amanda Shea, a three-time Boston Music Award winner, hosts the hour, and Trident Booksellers & Cafe sells the books.
