An Afternoon with Raina Telgemeier
Raina Telgemeier talks about her career, from mini-comics and her graphic novel adaptations of The Baby-Sitters Club to autobiographical books such as Smile and Sisters, and signs afterwards, with a limit of two books per person. Her work helped carry children’s graphic novels out of comics shops and into bookstores, libraries and schools. The Boston Comic Arts Foundation presents the afternoon with Boston University and Brookline Booksmith.
