Annie Chen and Zoe Lee, co-founders of BEAM, a creative studio working on the public life of emerging science, discuss the speculative Tidelands 2100 and their cookbook and field guide Eating the Whole Fish. With them are Yemi Amu, founder of the Brooklyn aquaponics farm and education center Oko Farms, and Claire Gustavson of Tractor Beam, the speculative fiction publication that popularized soilpunk. Lana Z Porter, its other co-founder, moderates.
