· · · 527 Tremont Street · · ·

Performed in French with English captions overhead. A year after Guy de Maupassant's death, Paris's literary society holds a benefit to pay for his statue in the Parc Monceau, and the actress Madame Pasca is to perform four of his stories. Then an unknown actor, Octave Lacombe, turns up to audition on Émile Zola's recommendation. Sylvie Blotnikas adapted the stories.
