Symplectic Geometry Seminar: Chris Woodward (Rutgers University)
Chris Woodward, a professor of mathematics at Rutgers University, speaks at the Symplectic Geometry Seminar. He works on symplectic geometry and its links with algebraic geometry and representation theory, including Lagrangian Floer theory, gauged Gromov–Witten theory and, with Katrin Wehrheim, pseudoholomorphic quilts, a framework for relating Floer theories through Lagrangian correspondences.
