Reporting from Contemporary Italy: Q&A with Jason Horowitz, New York Times Europe Correspondent
Jason Horowitz discusses The Italian Job: A Memoir of an American Reporter in Rome, which gives “an insider’s view of politics and culture in Italy today, including the rise of Giorgia Meloni and the election of the first North American Pope.” Horowitz, the New York Times’s Europe correspondent, was its Rome bureau chief for eight years. Serenella Sferza, co-director of the MIT-Italy Program, moderates.
