Saturdays at 4 Series: Children's Concert: Peter & the Wolf!
Prokofiev's 1936 tale Peter and the Wolf, written to introduce children to the instruments of the orchestra, is played by a woodwind quintet whose flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn are the voices Prokofiev gave the bird, the duck, the cat, the grandfather and the wolf. The professional puppeteering group Really Inventive Stuff brings the story to life in this free family concert in the Saturdays at 4 series.
