Andrew Yee's Trans Requiem
The Boston premiere of Andrew Yee's Trans Requiem, scored for trans voices, chorus and string orchestra, given on the weekend of Trans Day of Remembrance. Yee is a two-time Grammy winner, and the work is framed around the resilience of trans lives rather than only their loss.
