Café Gherkinforke
Café Gherkinforke is a suite of 15 new pieces, each three and a half minutes long, written by composers worldwide for saxophone and string quartets in a dozen countries, in styles from classical and film music to jazz fusion, experimental and dance-hall. This is its Boston-area premiere, played by the Jade Quartet, a saxophone quartet that won the 2025 Boston University Chamber Music Competition.
