Peter Hahn, author of Angels in the Cellar
Peter Hahn discusses his first book, Angels in the Cellar: Notes from a French Vineyard, a year among the vines at Le Clos de la Meslerie, the small Loire Valley vineyard he bought after quitting management consulting more than twenty years ago. It follows the seasons from pruning and hand harvest to the cellar, and takes on large-scale farming and hyper-consumption. Hahn pours a free glass of wine beforehand.
