Catalyst Conversations: What is Home?

· · 292 Main Street · · ·

Photographer Shellburne Thurber, Boston Poet Laureate Emmanuel Oppong-Yeboah and paleoanthropologist Amy Clark ask what makes a place home, from the first human hearths to birds' nests and diaspora. Thurber photographs lived spaces from back-road motels to derelict hospitals, Oppong-Yeboah reads poems about home, and Clark studies how early humans organised living space. Bridget Alex, a paleoanthropologist and editor at SAPIENS, moderates.
