Cujo (1983)
Lewis Teague's 1983 adaptation of Stephen King's novel follows a friendly St. Bernard who contracts rabies and turns on a small Maine town, trapping a mother and her young son in a stalled car. Dee Wallace and Danny Pintauro star; series curator Julia Marchese says they “act their hearts out.” The 35mm print opens a Halloween Hullabaloo double bill with Pet Sematary in 4K.
