NEC Philharmonia + Earl Lee: Berlioz, Skye, and Ravel
Two new works — Gabriela Lena Frank's Frida y Diego Suite of 2025 and a new double concerto by Derrick Skye — set against excerpts from Berlioz's Roméo et Juliette and music of Ravel. Hugh Wolff conducts the Philharmonia. Frank's suite takes Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera as its subject.
