Jennifer Perry Cheatham, Christina Grant and Ross Wiener discuss Superintendent as Civic Leader: Stewarding the Future of Public Education, the Harvard Education Press volume they edited, followed by a workshop. Cheatham, a senior lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, chairs the school’s Initiative on Superintendent as Civic Leader; Grant directs the Center for Education Policy Research, and Wiener is a vice president at the Aspen Institute.
